Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the eyelash extension artist's day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients that provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

Lash service time is set per client.
Clients are generally allotted a 5 minute grace period. Time after 5 minutes will be deducted from your lash appointment time, which means you may not get the amount of lashes placed that a full appointment would yield or you may have to reschedule entirely and you automatically forfeit your $20 deposit.

More than 15 minutes late requires rescheduling for full sets.

Time has been set aside for your appointment. If you no call/no show we are not given the opportunity to book another client in that time slot and you are therefore responsible for 50% of your appointment cost. The credit card you hold the appointment with will be charged accordingly, and you cannot re book without prepaying for the appointment. We understand life and responsibilities happen, so communicate with us to avoid charges.

Please refrain from caffeine prior to your appointment.

Please arrive with clean/makeup-free/eyelash glue-free lashes or you will be charged $15 for a lash bath. Remember, lash baths take time- time that will be deducted from your lash placement time,so we suggest you arrive with clean lashes and a makeup free face for optimal results.

Lash refill clients- lashes must be clean and maintained in order to properly refill. Cleaning lashes will take away from the amount of lashes placed during your refill.

Daily Maintenance:

• Clean your lashes daily with an oil-free cleanser, focusing on the lash line. 

• Brush your lashes regularly to keep them organized and prevent breakage. 

• Avoid using waterproof mascara, as it can weaken the adhesive bond. 

• Limit exposure to heat, such as steam from showers or saunas. 

During the session, your lash technician will: 

1. Assess and clean your lashes: They will evaluate the remaining extensions and clean your lashes to remove any oil or debris.

2. Remove grown-out extensions: Extensions that have grown too far away from the lash line will be safely removed to prevent twisting and protect your natural lashes.

3. Replace lost extensions: New extensions will be applied to the new natural lashes that have grown in. For a hybrid or volume set, they will use fans of multiple lashes to maintain the desired fullness.

4. Finish the look: The technician will ensure the new lashes are seamlessly blended with the remaining ones for a full and balanced appearance. 

Schedule a complimentary in person patch test at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to ensure no allergic reactions to our products. We take care to use the highest quality supplies but allergic reactions happen. We are not responsible for any reactions. Consult your doctor immediately if you have swelling, redness, or itching.

Most lash artists recommend scheduling refills every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain a consistently full look. Your specific frequency can depend on: 

• Your natural lash cycle: Some people have a faster shedding cycle and will need refills more often.

• Your aftercare routine: Proper maintenance, like avoiding oil-based products and heavy makeup, helps extensions last longer.

• Your lifestyle: Regular workouts, swimming, or frequent exposure to steam can weaken the adhesive and cause lashes to shed faster.

• The style of lashes: Classic lashes, which are a one-to-one application, may show gaps sooner than a fuller volume or hybrid set.
